Where do you ship from?
All orders placed on our Australian store are processed and shipped directly from within Australia.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept general returns. Returns or refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged or defective.
Do you offer exchanges?

I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Step 1: Contact our support team with your order number.
Step 2: Attach clear photos and a short video showing the issue.
Step 3: Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
How long does a refund take?
